Prior to joining Highland in 2024, Rita was a Strategy and Planning Analyst with PNC Bank’s Asset Management Operations Group and an Investment Operations Manager with BBVA for 22 years.
Rita earned her Bachelor of Science in Marketing and a minor in Vocal Performance from Samford University. Additionally, she holds designations from the Cannon Financial Institute and the Institute of Certified Bankers. She is also SEI Wealth Platform Foundations accredited.
