Chris Grimm is Co-Head of Healthcare Consulting for Highland Associates in the firm’s Minneapolis office. In this role, he serves as a consultant to the firm’s institutional client base specializing in not-for-profit healthcare assets. He also contributes strategic insights as a key member of the firm’s operating committees, drawing upon over 22 years of experience in institutional consulting.
Prior to joining Highland Associates, Chris held a leadership role as Partner and Co-Lead of the U.S. NFP healthcare consulting at Mercer. He served that firm and its predecessors for nearly 15 years.
Chris earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Boston University and his Master of Business Administration from the Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst and Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst designations.
