Highland has increased the depth of our research resources through the formation of Multi-Asset Solutions (MAS) group, which is a department of the Regions Asset Management business group within Regions Bank. Highland is a wholly owned subsidiary of Regions Bank, which in turn is a wholly owned subsidiary of Regions Financial Corporation. MAS is made up of 15-dedicated investment professionals, all of whom contribute to the team’s manager research process. Coverage responsibilities are broken down into four primary areas: Fixed Income, Equity, Real Assets/Inflation Sensitive, and Private Markets. “Alternatives” are included in all four areas. Highland is further assisted by the investment team at our parent company, including the Chief Investment Officer of Regions Investment Management, the Chief Economist of Regions Bank, and the Washington Policy team.

Market research is the foundation of Highland’s service model. Our investment recommendations deliver results that help our clients do more and dream bigger.

Manager Due Diligence is performed by (MAS) and is a multistage process used to identify high quality managers. By evaluating key components in the selection process this logic helps identify managers with the potential to provide consistent, excess long term returns.
