Rebecca Fitzwater is the Client Operations and Performance Reporting Manager for Highland Associates.
Prior to joining Highland in 2025, she was a Strategic Execution Partner for the Regions Wealth Management Strategy and Execution Team where she was responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives. Previously, she was the Client Service, Sales and Marketing Team Lead for Regions Asset Management where she led a team of analysts responsible for Asset Management client, sales and marketing support, and performance measurement.
Mrs. Fitzwater received a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Birmingham-Southern College.
