Ms. Pugh joined Highland Associates in June of 2014. She is part of the performance measurement team and serves as Highland’s office manager. Prior to joining Highland, Ms. Pugh served as a bookkeeper for a local law firm. She also held a previous role as a court reporter. Ms. Pugh received her Associate Degree in Court Reporting from Gadsden State Community College.
